Cancellation policy

  • Cancellation fee will charged up to 25% before 6 months of the conference date and up to 50% before 1 month of the conference date.
  • No refund will be provided after the mentioned dates (<30 days from conference date).
  • Refunds will be confirmed from organizer and the decision will be finalized by the organizer.
  • Refunds will be settled after the scheduled conference gets completed.
  • Bank charges/Bank commissions must be covered by the participants.

Confirmation norms &policy

  • The organizer team confirms the participants with a proper confirmation letter.
  • The confirmation letter will carry all the information of the scheduled dates, venue, programs etc.
  • After the receipt of confirmation letter, the participants can move further for their travel and visa arrangements.
  • We will assist you for the visa arrangements with our confirmation letter but we will not be responsible for any visa rejections.
